Extrusion

Our daily goal is to meet the highest demands on products and processes - this also applies to our extrusion line. Here, the glass fibre rods from our safety flags product range are colour coated. In doing so, we adjust masterbatches individually to your requirements, which makes a large selection of colours and the possibility of combining different colours even within one order possible.

Our glass fibre rods, which we use for the bicycle flags, are available as blanks with a length of 1,600 mm and a diameter of 6 mm. We guarantee that these are always in stock.

What happens during extrusion?

During the extrusion process, plastic granules are mixed and melted with individually matched master batches. This mass is then applied through a shaping nozzle and can thus be evenly distributed around the material. Already after a short cooling phase, you will have a high-quality product with a long service life in proven GÖCKENER quality.
